  • 9:30am-4:30pm: Mon - Thurs
  • 9:30am - 2:00pm: Fri
  • Out of hours collection options are also available. Please contact us to arrange the collection time.

Return & Refund Policy

At Online Party Supplies Australia, we aim to deliver you the very best products at everyday low prices. We understand that there may come a time when you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.


RETURNS (if applicable):


Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately, Online Party Supplies can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Postage costs are a non-refundable amount unless the items are faulty or the order is at the fault of Online Party Supplies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods, food, costumes, and wigs cannot be returned.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, Online Party Supplies will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Online Party Supplies will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment account again (i.e. Bank, AfterPay, PayPal, etc.)

Next, contact your original payment method provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
