Return & Refund Policy
At Online Party Supplies Australia, we aim to deliver you the very best products at everyday low prices. We understand that there may come a time when you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
RETURNS (if applicable):
Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately, Online Party Supplies can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Postage costs are a non-refundable amount unless the items are faulty or the order is at the fault of Online Party Supplies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods, food, costumes, and wigs cannot be returned.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Online Party Supplies will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Online Party Supplies will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment account again (i.e. Bank, AfterPay, PayPal, etc.)
Next, contact your original payment method provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Each panel consists of 100 individual sequin squares that span the entire 30cm x 30cm panel. DESIGN:
Our sequins, which are 3cm wide, are secured to a black matte backing with pins. Each sequin has a pin that attaches it to the backing, providing sturdy attachment while still allowing for movement, resulting in a beautiful shimmer effect. The backing is made of flat, rubbery plastic with small holes located at the top and sides. You can attach it to other panels or mesh frames using cable ties, or you can use double-sided tape to attach it directly to a flat surface or wall.
For sizing, take into account:
- 1.5m x 1.5m = 25 shimmer panels
- 2.1m x 2.1m = 49 shimmer panels
- 2.1m x 3m = 70 shimmer panels
Care instructions: Handle with care; individual sequins are delicate.
