Return & Refund Policy

At Online Party Supplies Australia, we aim to deliver you the very best products at everyday low prices. We understand that there may come a time when you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

RETURNS (if applicable):

Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately, Online Party Supplies can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Postage costs are a non-refundable amount unless the items are faulty or the order is at the fault of Online Party Supplies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods, food, costumes, and wigs cannot be returned.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, Online Party Supplies will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Online Party Supplies will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment account again (i.e. Bank, AfterPay, PayPal, etc.)

Next, contact your original payment method provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our sequin panels are a stunning addition to any event, providing a glittering and shiny display that is perfect for themed events and parties. These shimmering sequin wall panels are ideal for creating a stunning sequin photo backdrop wall and can be used for entrances, merchandise displays, special events, birthday parties, wedding receptions, company functions, retail displays, and visual merchandising.

Our sequin panels use square metallic laser silver sequins on a black backing panel, which can be hung from a pipe and drape stand or ceiling, or installed directly on a wall. Each sequin panel measures 30cm in width and 30cm in height, making it incredibly versatile for both big and small displays. Each sequin panel has 100 individual sequin squares that span across the entire panel and come pre-assembled. All you have to do is configure your shape and simply mount it wherever you wish.

DESIGN:

Our sequins, which are 3cm wide, are pinned onto a black matte backing. Each sequin is pinned to the backing with a pin, allowing them to move and create a shimmery effect. The backing, made of flat rubbery plastic, has small holes at the top and sides. You can attach the backing to other panels or mesh frames using cable ties or use double-sided solid tape to attach it directly to a flat surface or wall.

For sizing, take into account:

1.5m x 1.5m = 25 shimmer panels
2.1m x 2.1m = 49 shimmer panels
2.1m x 3m = 70 shimmer panels
